Casa Del Sol RV Resort

We have enjoyed our stay here at Casa Del Sol. We travel frequently and have experienced a lot in our travels. Newly paved sites and roads make driving and parking an RV easy. Beautifully tiled bathrooms with showers are clean every time we use them. The pool is nice, they have 1-3pm for adults only swimming, which is relaxing. The spa tub is large and accommodating. The exercise room works for our needs and is clean. The laundry room may be dated but the machines are in working order and the room is clean. There is a spot to hang out your laundry to air dry in a private enclosed space. The owners have installed security fencing and there are gentlemen who are on security duty which we appreciate having. The owners are great. They do what they can to help when we need something. The RV resort runs like many others and every place has different rules. The rules here are reasonable and the staff are friendly and respectful. You can rent the ballroom for private events which I think is cool. There is a library with a ton of books and puzzles. There is a large room for doing crafts and my kids love it. Coffee is served every morning complimentary by the office. We haven't had a reason to complain.

Have been coming twice a year for six years (May and November). We dance with the Romney Stars square dance club. The new management, over the past couple of years have invested a lot for improvements to the park infrastructure. Very nice pool area with a over large, covered spa. Did I say covered and large! The park entrance has been redone to enhance the security inside the park. Pickle Ball courts have been added.

We very much enjoy our dancing vacations at Casa Del Sol. In November we spend a week here and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the park.

The resort is across the street from a Regal Cinema and is close to several restaurants and the Hemet Mall.

So happy we were forced to move. I moved here with my daughter and granddaughter after rent at Golden Village Palms was raised to $1000.00 a mo. Regardless of rate, we were also booted because they changed to rules and went to 55+ age restrictions and the people there were unfriendly.

At first glance the signage is kind of dark and dated and it make you wonder if the park is the same, but once inside it is very nice. Leslie and Lucy and all of the staff are friendly, inviting and very busy keeping the park clean and nice for everyone. There are enough rules and guidelines to keep the park safe and nice while still allowing each tenant room for personal touches on their space. We have been extremely happy here and so have the more than a dozen Golden Village Palms "refugees" that have also moved here. You really get a sense of community. Don't look at the old posts regarding this park. I am told there has been new ownership and management recently and it is obvious. I would recommend this park for long or short-term stay, but definitely a nice place to put down some roots.
