Caravan Notes
All rates are based on double occupancy, per RV and per night Caravan wagon master receives complimentary night, and an additional night for every 10 RV’s that have confirmed and paid Usage of resort facilities, table and room set up must be arranged at the time of booking The Wagon Master is responsible for collection of charges and settling the bill with the resort staff prior to check out
Caravan Cancellation Policy ( Strictly Enforced )
Wagon master must provide a 30 day cancellation for the caravan group reservation for full refund of deposit Individual Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date Wagon master is required to provide a final RV count 14 days prior to arrival group will be billed according to number of caravans provided at final count Reservations are nonrefundable 13 days prior to arrival

Ballroom Rental Rates (30-day cancellation required to avoid forfeiture of deposit)

Day of Event	Full usage of the ballroom and kitchen, times must be stated in contract
$500.00 Deposit due at the time of booking Balance must be paid 30 days prior to event Ice is not included in rental Tables and chairs available Cancellation of rental must be made 30 days in advance for refund of deposit minus a $30.00 cancelation fee. Any cancelations made 30 days prior to event will result in forfeiture of deposit
